The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Automotive Seating – Europe Seating Division is looking for you as a VIE – FES & Productivity Engineer m/f/d for our site in Neuburg, Germany.

Your role and responsibilities?


Your main missions will be to:


  • Actively drive the productivity improvement in the plant
  • Implement FES principles and tracking of FES deployment plan
  • Coach managers and train operators in the field of FES
  • Participating in the FES network


The mission will last 12-24 months.


Who are you?

  • Master's Degree in engineering
  • Fluent in English, intermediate in German
  • First working experience as an engineer in an industrial environment
  • Proficiency with concepts such as Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Good interpersonal skills
