Join the Group Talent & Organization Development team!

 

In this position you will learn a lot about HR strategy, main campaigns, HRIS and how to use talent management as a key approach to deliver Business strategy, you will be able to participate to many operational activities and follow end to end  processes .

You will be based in our Headquarters (HQ) in Nanterre and will directly report to the Group Talent & Organization Development Director and will work with an international and dynamic team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Talent Management:
  • Participate to the evolution of Talent management strategy into the organization and its implementation
  • Actively contribute to the main HR Campaigns (Performance review and People review), from evolutions to implementation, change management, coordination and follow-up
  • Support on the campaigns (communications, trainings, change management)
  • Support on Talent and organization development projects (digital coffees, mentoring, trainings for the talent management community, Talent assessments and identification, career paths …)
  • Perform ad’hoc analysis
  • Support the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures 
     
  • Communication:
  • Implement and follow-up the HR Communication strategy: animating the community through regular blogposts, monthly newsletters, leaflets,…
  • Manage HR Groups on the intranet
     
  • Organization Development/Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a global approach allowing organization development and business acumen mindset
  • Propose initiatives to develop both talent management and organization development mindest

Please note that additional projects and tasks could be added into your missions.
 

Your profile:

  • Master 1 or 2 with a specialization in Human Resources
  • A first experience in Human resources in a big organization
  • People-oriented with good communication and organization skills
  • Team spirit and International mindset
  • Entrepreneur, Autonomous, customer oriented
  • Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English
