HR Division Project Coordinator VIE

As HR Division Project Coordinator, you will be a part of HR Team working closely with whole Europe Division HR community to develop the miscellaneous projects to deliver business and organizational objectives. The position will be located in our Faurecia Clean Mobility Plant in Pisek / Czech Republic.


You will be reporting to HR Director Faurecia Clean Mobility Europe as well as working closely together with the HR VIE for HR Talent Development and HR Controlling

You will support HR transformation projects as well as support an implementation of HR projects such as building positive resilience culture, talent attraction, diverse culture, but also support the execution of reporting and KPI tracking.

In addition, you will also have the chance to get known “the day to day work” of the HR Team in Pisek, one of our Technoplants which is in a ramp- phase as well as has been selected as a Digital Factory project pilot.  

The position will allow you to have a broad view on Faurecia Clean mobility activities, as well as evolve in an international environment and apply your skills in the professional setting:

- Coordinate and support miscellaneous HR projects for the Europe Division including learning and people development, young talents development programs
- Support HR teams across Europe in transversal projects deployment as well as working closely together with the HR management team in Division Europe FCM
- Benchmark and best practice sharing coordination to leverage up HR processes
- Propose action plans and monitor their progress
- Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end and follow up indicators for respective areas
- Liaise on headcount and staff costs in close collaboration with HR teams across Europe
- Lead initiatives such as digital collaboration, employer branding actions, recruitment, employee engagement projects and other HR ad hoc topics.
 

The length of VIE mission is 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

- Great organizational skills, prioritization and rigor in the use of systems
- Keen on working in the international environment
- Ability to learn on the fly and openness for self-development
- Accountability and ability to work autonomously
- Entrepreneurship, not afraid to propose new ways of working
- Master’s degree, experience in the HR function within an industrial environment would be a plus
- MS Office tools – a very good command is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English
