HR Generalist

Our Cockpit of the Future Division (CoF) and Digital Services Factory (DSF) are looking for a HR Generalist apprentice to start working with us in November 2021 for a period of 12 to 24 months in our Bercy site in Paris, France.

Your missions

Within the HR team, you will support the recruitment and development of a diverse population made up of digital profiles, engineers, etc. on a worldwide basis, in accordance with the Group's HR policies and procedures.

Your main missions will be to assist the HR team in the following areas / subjects:

  • Recruitment of interns and monitoring of recruitment actions at the global level
  • Organization (nomination and organization notes, organizational charts,)
  • Collection and consolidation of HR data (personnel movements, performance indicators, monitoring of employees' entries and exits)
  • Monitoring of Group HR policies and processes (integration policy, training, annual reviews, salary review, employee review, etc.)
  • Communication and team leadership mission

This list of missions is not exhaustive, other projects will come in addition.

Interfacing with the employees and Managers of our two divisions, but also with the HR teams of the sites and of the Group, this experience will allow you to discover an organization rich in different professions, in a complex international and matrix environment.

 

Your profile

  • BAC +3/+4 with specialization in HR
  • A first experience in the HR function appreciated (work-study, internship)
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mandatory fluent English (verbal and written, working language)
  • A great curiosity and motivation to learn
  • Action-based approach with a team player attitude
  • You are autonomous and you like dealing with multiple projects at once
  • International mindset and ability to work in a matrix organization
