Faurecia’s VIE Program

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment?


Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as VIE International Human Ressouces Controlling in our plant in Pisek, Czech Republic.

Your role and responsibilities

The International Human Resources Controlling role is in charge of providing reliable key HR data to allow proper analysis and action planning; produce planning and data in order to pilot key HR projects within the Europe Division and support the Budget planning for the Europe Division within Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM).


Here are the main responsibilities of this role:

  • Budget & strategic planning
    • Support Human Resources Controlling Manager in the preparation of the budget and strategic plan
    • Deep diving in Department Budget assumptions
    • Manage re-alignment of targets when and as necessary
    • Track and challenge deviation
  • Forecast reviews
    • Plan, prepare and support monthly forecast sessions
    • Compile and analyze data; challenge sites and departments
    • Provide visibility on overall engineering division and at departments level
  • HR KPIs (Absenteeism and Training)
    • Produce accurate data and provide analysis and trends


The mission will last 12 months, could be renewed once up to 24 months.

Candidate profile

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance or related field
  • First experiences in HR/Finance required through apprenticeships or relevant internships is a plus
  • Business mindset. Understand the key business drivers & how HR impacts and supports them
  • Excel knowledge required
  • Fluent English
