CAE Automation Engineer

Overall responsibilities and duties:

The main missions of the role are:

• To create Automation in CAE as per methodology Guidelines with help of Sr. CAE Methodology Engineer elphe H or CAE Methodology Leader.
• Create flow chart for creating logics to build TCL\TK or Any other Programing Language code.
• Master the TCL/TK language or Any other Programing Language to show extensive capability for writing code in same.
• To have Automation Mindset in his work with identifying area of possible automation in our current procecess.
• To receive input from Sr. CAE  methodology Engineer or CAE Methodology Leader  for the execution of assignment, to Understand same and ask for any doubt before executing it.
• Discuss and finalize the time estimation and delivery date with Sr. CAE Methodology Engineer and customers.
• To communicate results with CAE Methodology Leader or Global Methodoly Manager with help of Sr CAE Engineer.ensure that the customer standards are followed.
• Anticipate the potential areas of issues and intimate the Sr. CAE Engineer/ CAE Lead.
• To make sure that the CAE processes, methods, tools and standards are followed as set by FTCI
• To maintain lessons learnt sheet and ensure implementation of the same to avoid repetition of mistakes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level: Bachelors Degree in engineering

Experience :

• Preferred Masters degree in engineering with minimum 2-5 years experience in LS Dyna, Pamcrash & Abaqus  with Prepocessing tool of Hypermesh/ANSA. Must be passionate about automation in CAE  and have hands on experience for TCL/TK language or Any other Programing Language code.

Skills and competencies

• Knowledge of CAE standards, tools and methods.
• Knowledge of TCL/TK language code or Any other Programing Language is must.
• Result oriented team player with strong communication skills in English or customer language (French or German).  
• Thorough training/knowledge in CAE software.
• Ability to work in matrixed organization
• Problem solving techniques.
• Strategic and analytic capabilities.
