Cyber Security Regional Leader for India

 

The mission of the Cyber Security Regional Leader is to ensure a local representation of the entire CyberSecurity team in the country, capture the local specificities and constraints (eg: local applicable regulations), assist the local projects risk analysis, identify non-compliances, and help to address cybersecurity incidents in tight coordination with the local businesses.

 

The main missions of the role are:

  • To understand the local organization, ensure to get all necessary contacts (including partners, JVs, etc.), collect and process the requests made by such local contacts, advise them on how to implement CyberSecurity equipment or keep Information Systems secure, reaching out to the necessary other Departments of the CyberSecurity team whenever necessary
  • To collect and when applicable update necessary documents describing the various local Information Systems (inventory, classifications, Business Recovery Plan, etc.)
  • Communicate on the on-going activities within the CyberSecurity team
  • Coordinate deployment of CyberSecurity projects with respective region’s IT teams
  • To enable the local businesses and IT teams to perform CyberSecurity risk analysis on all IT / OT projects, using methodologies and standards validated by the CyberSecurity team
  • Deliver appropriate trainings and awareness programs using the materials and methodologies provided by the CyberSecurity team
  • Alert the Audit Department of the CyberSecurity team in case of any deviance to our CyberSecurity policies, perform local audits based on methodologies and standards validated by the CyberSecurity team
  • Help to schedule, perform and conclude on local DRP tests
  • Assist the Incident Detection & Response Department of the CyberSecurity team to address any local CyberSecurity incident
  • To assist budget related activities with local representatives
  • When necessary, to assist in the recruitment of necessary additional resources
  • Report to Group Regional Cyber Security Manager  on the performed activities, produce KPIs to the relevant CyberSecurity department

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Minimum education level: Master’s Degree in Information Technology

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of IT professional experience in CyberSecurity and/or Services Delivery 

 

Skills and competencies

  • English (mandatory), local language of the countries in the scope of the position highly recommended
  • Methodology, rigor and autonomy
  • Good oral and written communication skills, empathy
  • Service-oriented, but with the ability to analyze and describe the risks
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural company including different time zones
