The role of a Deputy TCS&Quality Director is to guarantee that all actions in the Commercial Vehicles & Industrial Division comply with the requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.

 

The Deputy TCS&Quality Director will be reporting to the TCS&Quality Director.

 

The main missions of the role are to:

  • Represent customer requirements internally.
  • Support Division Quality objectives, and monitor progress.
  • Support the Division Quality System in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
  • Define, staff, and develop the Division Quality organization.
  • Ensure the Division's compliance with all safety/regulations requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
  • Report Quality results to all relevant parties.
  • Interrupt the development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
  • Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed organization
  • Manufacturing and Quality experience
  • Automotive industry background
  • Process orientation
  • Multi-site management experience
  • Customer Relationship experience
  • Minimum bilingual (English requiered)
