We are looking for:


 Line Technicians (w/m/d)


For our location in Roermond




Process optimization

  • Based on planning and prioritization and commissioned by UAP manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer and/or Plant Technical Department manager working on process optimization projects with the aim of scrap reduction, conversion time reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Analyzing the process optimization.
  • Using the problem analysis, determine improvement actions and post approval by UAP manager and/or Plant Technical Department Manager.



  • General technical support of the UAP department in which the Line Maintenance Technician is working.
  • Support in implementation ideas.



Communication with:

  • UAP manager, Manufacturing Engineer or Production Supervisor on progress of work, production and technical aspects.
  • Operators and GAP leaders in technical support.
  • Quality control over detected anomalies.
  • Manufacturing Engineers at pre-production series.
  • Maintenance Technicians in optimization/problem solving.
  • English and German language as necessary in the function (technical).


  • Comply with all procedures resulting from the procedures established and established by Faurecia and certified systems and HSE policies.
  • Carrying out work on all existing installations, machines, (means of transport), tools and constructions within the assigned UAP for process improvement.
  • Implementation of FES and 7 QB.


  • Mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic operation of the production equipment, such as welding robots, transport systems, test equipment, bending cells, damper lines and excentre presses.
  • Welding techniques, material properties and control software.
  • Equipment adjustment.
  • Quality, health and safety, environment and safety and proprietary regulations.
  • Production specifications and production layout.
  • Computer operating systems.
  • Faurecia programs, FES and 7 QB is a plus
  • Production techniques available in the department
  • Tuning and adjusting equipment and tools
  • Putting together products.
  • Handling relevant measuring equipment.
  • Independently implement procedures and specifications from work.
  • Correcting machine and tool settings and, if necessary, additional instructions.
