The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

Your position and environment


Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – Commercial Vehicles Division is looking for you as a VIE Sales Engineer (m/f/d) for an exciting mission in our Sales Team in Roermond, Netherlands.


Your role and responsibilities


Your main missions will be:

  • Acting as Sales Business Partner to develop in association with all department (Development, Plant, Costing, Controlling, Logistic, Productivity Experts, Finance etc.) commercial proposals to drive the program profitability
  • Being part of the strategy definition for commercial offers and negotiation with the customer
  • Preparing and delivering technical and sales presentations on our premium products and solutions
  • Ensuring the profitability of commercial proposal with the finance department to achieve the project objectives
  • Contributing to the successful negotiation of commercial offer with customer
  • Monitoring and following up of price and sales evolution with support of our Faurecia internal tools
  • Managing customer account receivables in cooperation with internal departments and the custome



  • Master’s degree in Business and/or Engineering diploma
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good communication skills, autonomous, international mind-set and good interpersonal skills
  • First experience in Sales in automotive industry is a real plus
