Main responsible:

 

The role of the PC&L Productivity and Continuous Improvement Leader is to follow up on obsolete engineering changes.

 

The main objectives of this profile are:

 

  • Contribute to the construction of the department through improvement plans.
  • Support the department team in applying FES improvement methods and tools, especially through their active participation in staff training at PC&L.
  • Seek improvements in productivity.
  • Follow up on the Pull System.
  • Coordinates together with the Engineering area, the engineering changes for the control of obsolete.

 

Minimum candidate requirements:

 

  • Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Intermediate English

 

Technical Competences:

 

  • IATF-16949 Quality System
  • Safety and environmental system (ISO 14001)
  • Kanban / Pull System
  • Standardized work
  • ECC (Engineering Changes)
  • 7 basic deliveries
  • MIFD and MIFA (Material Information Flow / Analysis Diagram)
