Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Our Group CyberSecurity department is looking for a CyberSecurity Service Delivery Manager to perform the following, in consistency with our company strategy, commitments and goals and based on directions and arbitrations provided by Group CISO.
The main objective of the position is to ensure that the Group CyberSecurity department delivers the expected level of service to our businesses while meeting time and budget constraints. Such level of service includes the adequation between the mandatory CyberSecurity requirements and business stakes and constraints. Service Delivery Manager is hence responsible for:
- Service to business requesters
o Establishing and maintaining tight relationships with all Group CyberSecurity teams as well as business key stakeholders to ensure the best possible collaboration
o Defining, implementing and updating a CyberSecurity services catalog with all relevant details
o Inform main stakeholders on the execution of their projects
- Projects coordination
o Working in close collaboration with the CyberSecurity Advisory and the CyberSecurity Projects teams to prepare upcoming projects and ensure their proper kick-off
o Leading projects & service review meetings, including effectiveness, alignment and quality
o Tracking, with the help of the PMO, the entire lifecycle of projects (both CyberSecurity ones and contribution to others), addressing requests for changes in projects planning, budget or features, confirming that the status and responsible team of each project is defined and appropriate at all time (as agreed between Advisory/Project/Operations teams)
- Quality control & Reporting
o Making recommendations for service improvement
o Measuring the level of satisfaction of the main stakeholders, escalating when necessary
o Defining and updating on a regular basis service performance and quality KPIs
Qualifications - External
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of increasing / successful responsibility / experience on at least half of the above duties
- Experience in CyberSecurity projects and operations
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Proven experience in change management
