Your position and environment :


Our Faurecia Automotive Seating Business Group – Seat Structure Systems Division is looking for you as a HRBP m/f for our site in Sao Joao da Madeira, Portugal.

Your role and responsibilities :


Real Business Partner, you take in charge the full scope of HR activities on your defined perimeter.

In partnership with Managers, you’ll contribute to HR activities development by bringing adjusted HR solutions to Business needs.

By being daily on the shop floor, you provide advise and guidance to Managers and employees on all HR processes and questions.

Specifically, you are responsible of implementing within your perimeter all HR process such as :

  • Recruitment and internal mobilities
  • Onboarding of new comers
  • Competency development and Trainings
  • Employee Empowerment
  • Change management
  • Social dialog

Main missions


  • Support Managers in change management linked to work organization changes required by business evolutions. Contribute to production workload analysis on your perimeter and suggest solutions on the Human Organization of Production (OHP), recruitments, and mobilities.
  • Pilot onboarding process for new comers
  • Implement Employee Empowerment process. Coach managers on all EE topics.
  • Contribute to preparing Training Plan on your perimeter in consistency with Plant Priorities and secure proper implementation based on specific requirements
  • Manage implementation and follow-up of performance management process
  • Support employees on their career development, provide career interviews to selected employees.
  • Contribute to Social Dialog in the plant by supporting Site HR Manager on this topic and by monitoring good social climate in your perimeter.
  • Ensure proper respect of labor laws and internal rules in your perimeter
  • Secure good working conitions aligned with Group policies in term of Health, Safety and Environement.
