Training Specialist

• Elaborate, manage and follow the organization training plan according to a needs analysis.
• Organize, monitor and evaluate training programs to enhance training efficiency.
• Enhance online training resources and organize related promotions
• Manage country level learning related reporting and act as a contact window for China sites
• Particiate in Faurecia University projects
• Act as the main interlocutor of external suppliers and ensure that the service provided meets organization and individual needs.
• Liaise with Group level for deployment & follow-up of corporate arrangement

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• 2-3 years in the HR function with experience in Training
• Comfortable working with systems and excel
• Creative thinking and strong ownership
• Good English skill in both written and oral communication is required
• Experience aborad is a plus
