Your position and environment?

 

Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for you as a “VIE Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst” (m/f/d) for our Digital Transformation team in Stadthagen, Germany.

Your role and responsibilities?

 

The role of the Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst is to support the development and implementation of Data Process Automation & Data Visualization projects with the Business Group.

 

Your main missions will be to

  • Support a roadmap of development and deployment of Data projects with focus on Process Automation and Data Visualization in the Faurecia Seating Business Group
  • Monitoring and issuing regular reports on logistics key performance indicators on Business Group level.
  • Analyze logistics data and develop smart reports using SAP (BI) Business Intelligence and MicroStrategy Data Visualization Software.
  • Creation and maintenance of user documentation and presentations for training units
  • Coaching of internal and external employees
  • 1st Level Support for web-based Container Management solution (Basic administration of Master Data & User support)

 

Deliverables, Performance Indicators:

 

•          Adherence to the progress plan, to be defined each year

•          On-time delivery of logistics reports

•          Support Robotics Process Automation projects (UiPath)

•          Develop & Maintain Data Visualization reports (MicroStrategy)

 

The mission will last 12 months.

 

Who are you?

  • Master degree in Supply-Chain Management or Information Technology or comparable
  • Computer literacy, very strong ability to analyze data, basic knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Visualization & Process Automation tools
  • Very good skills in MS-Office with focus on MS Excel application
  • Ability to work self-employed and has a readiness of mind to learn complex task in short-term
  • Strong communication skills & ability to design and deliver trainings
