Overall responsibilities and duties:

The Global Business Services Process Improvement is responsible to coordinate & promote projects of digital transformation within the GBS Center. He/She has a strong experience of Finance and Controlling activities.

In relation with global organization (central & counterparts from GBS), he/she organizes the process improvements from the project identification to the deployment and stabilization of the project.

The main missions of the role are:

Identify new fields of process improvement in controlling activities

  • Identify automation & process improvement opportunities
  • Assess opportunities in term of costs & savings
  • Assess potentials for transversalities to other regions

Contribute to technical specifications & validations:

  • Contribute to specifications
  • Follow-up & validate the developments
  • Develop automation solutions based on the tools available

In charge of change management:

  • Define deployment process & risks
  • Set up and organize trainings
  • Maintain close relationship with stakeholders to drive change management

Measure value realization

  • Set up & follow up KPI to measure value realization
  • Follow and solve the issues after implementation

Support the team on transversal analysis

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum education level:

Degree in Finance, Controlling or Similar (others will be considered based on background experience)

Experience:  At least business background and 3 years’ experience in Controlling (Shared Service Experience will be a plus)

 

Skills and competencies:

  • Strong Know-How of end-to-end process (Controlling, Accounting, Purchasing, Sales and Manufacturing)
  • Focus on rigor, exactness and strong ability to communicate
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization and with IT tools
  • Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills
  • Autonomous personality
  • English language mandatory & French is a plus
  • Good overall IT skills (data management + communication tools)
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
  • Multi-tasking, personal organization and Team-player
