  1. To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree
  2. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.
  3. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

Our Faurecia Clean mobility Business Group is looking for a VIE HR generalist M/F based in Terni, Italy

Your role and responsibilities?

The mission of the Human resources generalist is to support everyday topics the HR Team of Terni Plant.

Your main missions will be:

- Coordinate and assist in all talent acquisitions activities including but not limited to talent staffing and talent pipeline development, high school and university relations, and community partnerships.
- Support formal company orientation with new hires and follow-up their on-boarding.
- Assist and support the Talent Management processes (Career Interviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning, People Review, turnover analysis) and ensure appropriate linkages with broader functional and business reviews.
- Anticipate and assess potential learning needs; propose adequate trainings in order to facilitate internal mobility.
- Ensures associate information in HRIS systems is accurate and up to date.


The mission will last 12 months and could be renewed for 12 more months

Who are you?

The ideal candidate will have/be:

- Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration
1-2 years of experience in the HR function in an industrial environment
- Learning and coaching principles knowledge
- International mindset, willing to learn Italian (lessons will be provided)
- Good interpersonal skills, capacity to have good relationships at all levels of the organization
- Minimum bi-lingual : English required, French is a plus
