The role of an Industrial Performance Engineering Intern is to assist with the day to day responsibilities within the Engineering Group, including:

 

  • Analyze industrial performance KPIs, diagnose the main deviations, and recommend where to focus the team’s efforts
  • Assist in presenting and preparing benchmark data for Division and RBU (Regional Business Unit) teams
  • Support efforts to host workshops on the top critical criteria to improve the current situation
  • Prepare strategic plan and budget based on industrial performance analysis
  • Drive workshops to define main priorities and track achievements to the convergence plan
  • Report status on monthly basis on the Division industrial performance

 

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • In process for bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering
  • Proficient in Office 365 programs, especially advanced Excel competencies (Macros, Pivot tables)
  • Experience utilizing CAD programs
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing Engineering preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Data analytical skills
