The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world!

The Junior Program Controller level 3 is responsible of financial aspects for one or several programs. He ensures the data reliability in line with process and finance program golden rules, and the optimization of the programs' profitability and cash.  


The main missions of the role are to: 

  • Provide program financial communication towards core team, management and plants involved 
  • Ensure Compliance conditions are deployed and aligned with Legal, Contractual, Tax and Internal Control conditions  
  • Support the preparation of the Controlling Functional Milestone for the Program Gates 
  • Support and Follow-up of self-billing implementation from customers and suppliers side 
  • Highlight Program Cash status and provide recommandation to the management 
  • Provide and secure R&D and Program team controlling inputs for actual and forecast 
  • Support selected profitability improvement actions to achieve Gate #4 
  • Monitor gradually business plan cost datas source to plants on a periodic basis 
  • Ensure reconciliation and alignment between Financial reporting (accounting / ERP) and Management reporting per semester before hard close and Gate (Business Plan) 
  • Supervise and support the update of plant ERP (BOM, prices, etc…). 
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management. 
  • Not  to create or not to maintain any undisclosed or unrecorded funds, assets or branches of Faurecia, for any reason, of any nature. 
  • Not to admit any offer, cash or in kind for the purpose of remuneration, sponsorship deals or any other form of remuneration to any customer or vendor representatives, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of the contract or any other commercial or financial benefits 




The ideal candidate will have/be: 

  • Business School or Engineering background with a Finance degree or Masters Degree in Finance 
  • 2 languages (English and French) 
  • Office-Windows package (excel, ppt, …), SAP/ERP system is a plus 
  • Plant controlling experience as hard skill (in automotive industry is a plus) 
  • International compagny, and matrix orgranization experience is a plus 
  • “Right 1st time”, responsible and accountable mindset as a soft skill 
  • Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy as a soft skill 
  • Business and Cash oriented with strong teamwork/project sense (non financials) as a soft skill
