We are looking for the person who will take the training plan activity and impact it to a different scale! Join us!

Integrated within the Technology Academy central team, you will be responsible for the Sales development of our training portfolio.

You will work within a central team of 5 people located in Méru (France), Hagenbach (Germany) and Pune (India), and lead our Sales development activity with our internal customers in all regions.

 

The position is based in Valencia, Spain and will last 12 months (renewable 12 more months)

 

The main missions of the role are:

  • Act as business partner toward our internal customers (Engineering, CBU, Quality) in order to develop the training activity:
    • Get a good understanding of the training needs of each customer
    • Regular meetings with concerned training status preparation and minutes
    • Propose training plan in line with the customer needs planning
    • Identify the key contact and build relationships with him/her in the customer organization
    • Monitor the level of customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant step
    • Promote the Technology Academy training offer to the customers.
  • Provide feedback to the Technology Academy central team to make the training offer evolve in coherence with the customer’s needs.
  • Follow up of the training sales: monthly results analysis and action plan on the training delivery with our internal customers in all regions
  • Plan and organize the training sessions by working closely and effectively with our local HR located worldwide, and maintain a long-term relationship with them
  • Use our learning management system to coordinate the session plan and the reporting
  • Manage the monthly invoicing with R&D controlling
  • Animate the training community on our intranet

 

 

Our  ideal candidate will have/be :

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business or Engineering Degree with a willingness to develop a career path in business
  • English is mandatory
  • At ease with IT tools and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • A previous LMS experience could be appreciated.
  • A previous community management is appreciated
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team in a global organization is crucial
