Group FES Intern / Group Operational excellence Intern
Essential responsibilities and duties
As FES intern, the main missions of the role are to:
- Structure the FES X.0 training with the follow up, developing BI report
- Make analysis crossing data from different systems
- Develop FES communication on actual internal portals
- Support Workshops content creation with FES&P experts
- Moderate best practices tool at group level and organize governance & routines
- Improve FES APPs for Plant selfassessment & audit
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be :
Minimum Education Level: Master's degree in Engineering.
Experience :

- Industrial Engineer
- Idealy with a master in organization
Skills and competencies :

- Digital adopter
- Lean Manufacturing knowledges
- Communication skills and capability to influence
- Ability to prioritize
- English fluent
- MS 365 with PowerPoint, Excel & Power BI high level
