  1. To be eligible for the VIE program, youmustbe European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree 
  1. Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide. 
  1. As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

Our Seat Structure Systems Division is looking for a VIE PC&L Improvement Engineer for its plant at Walbrzych (Poland).



Main Mission

The role of a VIE Division PC&L improvement Engineer is to support the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) standard tools and best practices methodologies within the division. Her or his scope of activity within the complete supply chain is potentially related to internal and externals flows, physicals and information flows, according to division scope decision.


The Division PC&L improvement Engineer is accountable for

  • Safety and Ergonomy related to PC&L activities
  • Inventory optimization (value, days on hand, % of sales)
  • Productivity on all logistic costs (MOD, transport, equipment…)
  • Internal flows optimization




 Must have a good autonomy in his (her) job and agenda and must have some skills in priority settings

  • Analyze the performance of the plants and identify the gap vs target (inventory, transport, POD KPI, MOD)
  • Organize and lead inter-sites exchange with sharing best practices
  • Support and Follow FES X.0 actions plan and deployment – on PC&L questions
  • Respect of Faurecia code of Management and Values and engage team members in working in standard conditions and focused on continuous improvement
  • Provide reporting to division





The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Master's degree in engineering or supply-chain management or equivalent
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
  • Customer orientation: customer satisfaction in terms of delivery
  • Team spirit: Knowledge and experience in workshops and team management
  • Autonomy: manage his own time with priority setting skills
  • Openness to new ideas
