  1. 招聘管理 Recruitment
    在制定的组织结构的基础上,制定招聘计划并进行招聘活动:
    To do recruitment plan and implement based on designed organization:
  1. 参与制订招聘管理制度及相关文件,并管理招聘制度的有效实施 Be involved in defining recruitment regulation with D HR Manager, and manage the recruitment efficiency
  2. 初步审查招聘提案,并拟订相关招聘计划及招聘渠道 Check the recruitment proposal, and propose the recruitment plan and sourcing channel.
  3. 收集整理候选人资料,初步筛选测评候选人,并协调组织候选人面试 Collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates, and coordinate the interview
  4. 办理新员工入职,如 宣告书、欢迎信、融入表等入职资料的准备整理,协调安排新员工培训等 Handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant documents
  5. 管理招聘宣传资料及招聘媒介,及在相关渠道上及时发布、更新招聘信息 Manage the recruitment media, and post and update the recruitment information timely
  6. 管理相关的招聘文件资料 ,及维护人才资料库 Manage relevant recruitment documents, and manage the talent information reservoir
  7. 每周整理招聘情况并编制相关报表报告 Make weekly recruitment report and prepare relevant analysis report upon requirement.
  8. 负责年度校园招聘;管理管理培训生入职六个月的融入计划及跟踪。Handle Campus Recruitment; manage the first six months orientation plan and follow the action of the Management Trainees.
  1. 员工发展 MD
    在制定的组织结构的基础上,协助高级HR经理及业务部门制定员工发展计划。Make employee development plan with Senior  HR Manager and Business Partner based on designed organization.
  2. 培训 Training
  1. 参与管理和更新培训体系 Be involved in managing & updating training system
  2. 参与制订培训计划和预算 Be involved in defining training plan and budget
  3. 跟踪及执行培训计划 Follow and implement training plan
  4. 根据需求规划培训课程 Develop Training Program based on training demand
  5. 培训评估和跟踪 Training assessment and tracing
  6. 管理外部培训机构及相关培训合同和付款 Manage training supplier and the training contract and payment.
  7. 管理海外培训及协调集团培训 Manage overseas training and coordinate the group training
  8. 参与现场多岗位及支持职能多岗位的评核,参与多岗位绩效的提高 Participate to shop floor polyvalence and support function polyvalence audit and participate the improvement of polyvalence
  9. 完成每月培训报告分析 Report the training analysis monthly
  1. 员工关系管理 Staffing Management
  1. 生产线员工的日常有关环境、沟通、上级关系、违纪等各方面的沟通和处理。Communicate and deal with the working environment, communication, relationship, and policy for the operators.
  2. 协助UAP经理制定一线员工的留用政策及行动计划跟踪,保证一线员工的稳定性。Cooperate UAP Managers to define the MOD stability policy, make the action plan and follow the result, to enhance the stability of operators. 
  3. 向业务部门的员工提供积极的劳动法务方面的服务,维系健康劳动关系 To support positive labor relations through HR outreach to employees
  1. EE推行 EE Deployment
    协调OHP文件整合及推动收敛计划的执行,参与EE 审核,将EE的工具在生产现场推行,并促使其严格执行。Support the completion of the OHP file and push the convergence plan carried out very month. Participate in EE audit and deploy the EE tools in shopfloor.
         组织OHP收敛计划月度回顾及计划高效执行。Lead the monthly OHP Convergence plan review and ensure the actions
    efficient implementation
  2. 负责人工成本及效率管控,达成预算。 Responsible for Labor Cost Control and labor efficiency improvement to meet budget.
  3. 附加及其它工作任务 Others
  1. 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
  2. 保证和人力资源经理的透明和及时沟通 Ensure transparent timely communication with HR manager
  3. 参与多岗位的评核,参与多岗位绩效的提高 Participate to Polyvalence audit and participate the improvement of Polyvalence
  4. 部门内其他员工不在时,顶岗 Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
  5. 部门经理交给的其他临时工作 Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager
    确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的道德规范和管理规范、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等 Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company
