 Your position and environment?


 Our Faurecia Seating Business Group is looking for you as a VIE Lean Manufacturing Engineer m/f for our Wałbrzych, Poland plant.


  • At Plant level, provide Lean Manufacturing expertise (within Faurecia called FES for Faurecia Excellence System, on different topics: HSE, Quality, EE, Logistics and Production system) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business targets
  • Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations
  • Ensure that FES principles are applied
  • Support the plant manager in tasks such as the FES deployment plan definition, implementation and tracking
  • Support the FES network Animation in the plant



Who are you?

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience within a production environment
  • Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using FES principles
  • Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus
  • Network animation, coaching and influencing/persuasion skills
  • Ability to train and coach within the plant
  • Continuous improvement mind set
  • Ability to master change
