For our Faurecia Clarion Electronics Division, we are currently looking for an experiences Sales Manager (depending on experience) in the field of ADAS, to be based at our VW client site in Wolfsburg.


Main missions:

 

  • Develop the appropriate intimacy with Customer contacts (internally and externally)
  • Responsible for commercials of a defined scope/program, incl. internal and external sales activities from lobbying through RFS, FRI, RFQ up to program nomination and consequent aftersales
  • Preparation of commercial offers to answer on due time to the Customer requests
  • Proposing and validation of targeted pricing and negotiation path
  • Understanding and commercial management of local economics (inflation, exchange rate)
  • Applying of guidelines proposed by the hierarchy regarding contractual management
  • Understanding and rigorous implementation of the Sales Administration guidelines & processes (purchase orders, invoices, terms of payment, overdues…)
  • Understanding of the Program Business Plan and associated commercial levers
  • Preparation, update and negotiation of the commercial offers
  • Preparation of the market share, strategic plan and competitor analysis


The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business studies or electronics, or similar qualification
  • Work experience in the field of electronics and the ADAS technology, ideally within the automotive world
  • Understanding of client business, products and key competitors, preferably with VW pre-experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and capacity of empathy
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Profound understanding of MS Office
  • International mindset
  • Result orientation, client orientation and ability to work in a team
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
