Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Nous recherchons un/e apprenti(e) chargé(e) maintenance bâtiment & services généraux H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe ! Pour notre activité MATERI'ACT basée à Lyon.

Vous travaillerez sur des défis qui comptent.

Vos missions :

  • Prendre en main, assurer le suivi et faire vivre le plan de maintenance des machines industrielles de l’Atelier Pilote.
  • Superviser les installations techniques et équipements des deux sites MATERI’ACT.
  • Aider à l’écriture et la mise en place des contrats de service de MATERI’ACT (tertiaire, industriel et laboratoire).
  • Participer à la gestion des travaux et des prestataires de service : réaliser le suivi, l’accompagnement et l’encadrement des entreprises.
  • Construire un plan d’optimisation des coûts d’exploitation des bâtiments et participer au suivi budgétaire de MATERI’ACT.
  • Participer aux différentes actions achats dans le périmètre de la maintenance du bâtiment.
  • Être l’interface entre le bailleur et les sous locataires.
  • Réaliser d’autres missions transverses (exemple : gestion de la flotte automobile, participation à la RSE, à la sécurité, contrôles règlementaires, etc.).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Niveau et type de diplôme recherché :

  • École d’Ingénieur ou Master.
  • Une première expérience (stage, alternance, projet scolaire) dans les services généraux, la maintenance ou la logistique constitue un atout.
  • Rigueur, curiosité et esprit d’équipe.
  • Intérêt en gestion technique des bâtiments (industriels et tertiaires).
  • Maitrise de la langue Anglais (niveau avancé) nécessaire.
