Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Mission :
Le rôle d'un Responsable Qualité UAP consiste à améliorer la qualité des produits pour atteindre les ojectifs fixés par le client.
Activités principales :
Les missions principales liées à la fonction sont les suivantes
Former et prendre en charge le personnel de production afin de permettre le déploiement des normes.
Faire une analyse quotidienne des résultats qualité des lignes de production, faire des plans d’actions, suivre leur réalisation et mesurer leur performance. ·
Répondre aux 8D client et veuiller à l’application des plans d’actions sur lignes de production ·
Mener des actions d'amélioration : communiquer avec le Responsable UAP, Le responsable Qualité, , les Superviseurs de production et les collègues responsables de la qualité des autres UAP afin de garantir une circulation transparente des informations, de travailler en collaboration afin de pouvoir définir les zones d'amélioration et de préciser les plans d'action. ·
Piloter les GRP : Conduire les groupes de résolution de problèmes. ·
Etablir les dossiers des Echantillons initiaux ·
Participer à l’acceptation des premières pièces fabriquées avec le responsable qualité ·
Faire la mise à jour des indicateurs qualité :PPM · En cas de problème sur les composants, alerter immédiatement le responsable qualité site ·
Réaliser les analyses de non-conformité des clients ·
Interrompre la fabrication ou la livraison de produits en cas de non respect de la Qualité.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Compétence requises :
Maitrise ou Ingénierie
Idealement 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel
Maîtrise des notions liées à la qualité
Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles , Esprit d'équipe
Niveau Français & Anglais Très satisfaisan
