Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Key responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial performance, developing financial models, managing month-end closing, and implementing a daily KPI tracker for reporting. Collaborating with various departments to align financial and operational goals, provides financial support, and participates in cross-functional projects to enhance business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making, with focus but not limited on Industrial variances
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
  • Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely reporting
  • Conduct variance analysis and recommend cost control and efficiency improvements
  • Develop and implement a daily KPI tracker to monitor key performance indicators
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs to the Division Board of Directors
  • Analyze KPI data and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to align financial and operational goals
  • Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Education / Experience:

  • Master’s Degree (in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering) or equivalent work experience required
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years’ experience of working within a finance organization
