Your mission, roles and responsibilities

  • Follow the current and the future market shares (by product, customers…) for Forvia and competitors and simulate market positioning
  • Prepare monthly reporting, as needed, to Division and Group levels, as well as FIS NAO Strategic Plan presentation support
  • Market analysis: product, customer, technologies, competitors. Identify relevant information, conduct the required analysis (quantitative, qualitative) and present the results/recommendations in a business decision-oriented format
  • Lead Acquisition Database creation support with CBU, Manufacturing, Engineering for pricing and tooling (RFQ to sourcing) for surrogate data comparison
  • Work closely with the research and innovation teams to provide market insights for related projects and product portfolio mapping, including pre-acquisition activity support
  • Support Cross-BG synergies and continual communication in effort with the Marketing and Business Strategy Director, Functions and CBUs
  • Support an internal communication routine (quarterly market share versus Strategy Plan progression and quarterly newsletter in coordination with the global Intranet
  • Support internal and external events to educate and interact on cross BG topics and capture Voice of the Customer, including event planning, email invitations, attendee tracking, presentations, catering / brand items, video content, follow-up article, etc
  • Support tech-days content with the CBU Sales and Engineering for FIS NAO i.e. Subject Matter Expert coordination for FIS demonstrators, OEMs feedback collection and analysis
  • Design or validate any external communications items related to its product scope, in conjunction with BG Management & Group Communications to ensure a consistent communication plan
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site
