Our Seating Division is looking for a year-round Program Management Intern for its location in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Program Manager Intern works within the Program Management team to support day to day activities within the function.

The main missions of the role are:

  • Analyze, maintain, and update Program Dashboard data and KPIs.
  • Support to prepare budget and forecast for Programs scope
  • Support on the implementation of new tool Pulse for Programs in North America
  • Support Program Manager during Prototype builds and Pre- series build events
    • Order material to support build and deliveries
    • Track PO / Invoices and profitability  
    • Understand internal cost structure
  • Support management of change request from assessment process to cost impact
  • Assist with tracking documents as needed
  • Working on various projects as assigned

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:  Must be pursing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
