Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The role of a Quality for System Efficiency at the plant (QSE) and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) manager consists of leading Faurecia’s QHSE methods within the FIS (Faurecia Interior Systems) plant in Auchel (62). The main responsibilities associated with the position are as follows:

▪ Define the priorities for continuous quality improvement in collaboration with the plant Quality Manager, the Country QSE Manager, and the Managers of the plant and autonomous production units (UAP).
▪ Develop an annual QSE plan according to the defined priorities, and deploy this plan at the UAP level.
▪ Train and support production personnel to enable the deployment of quality tools.
▪ Based on Quality Tools (8BQ, variability reduction, convergence plan, etc.), initiate QSE projects with the UAPs to improve UAP performance.
▪ For new programs, ensure with the PLTL and PQL that QSE Concepts are taken into account.
▪ Collect, consolidate, and report on the QSE performance of the plant.
▪ Identify and implement best practices.
▪ Participate in QSE network initiatives.
Quality System Coordinator
▪ Develop and update the plant Quality System in correlation with group standards and those governing the automotive industry.
▪ In collaboration with the has members of the Executive Committee, prepare the Management Review.
▪ In collaboration with the various Services, prepare for and attend the different external audits of the Quality System (Clients, Certification Bodies).

 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Engineering degree or equivalent BAC+5
  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience (ideally 5 years) in production within an industrial environment
  • Mastery of quality tools
  • Ideally, experience abroad
  • Mandatory proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) minimum B1, ideally C1
