Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards for complex and innovative products? Do you have experience in managing suppliers and applying advanced quality tools and methods? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer position!
As an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer, you will work closely with the program buyer and the program team to oversee the supplier’s performance for high complexity programs, involving multiple plants, products, and start dates. You will be responsible for deploying and monitoring the APQP process, from development to launch, and ensuring the delivery of validated PPAPs. You will also provide technical guidance and feedback to the suppliers and the Forvia plant and manage the process qualification and audit at the supplier. You will secure the key characteristics of the products and manage the improvement plans for low performance suppliers.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The main missions of the role are:

2. 给技术决策提出建议(即做好TFC评估)，确保在零件开发过程中没有质量缺陷
3. 对于低绩效供应商，与战略采购做好管理提升及合作计划。
4. 与工厂SQA和质量工程师做好供应商的过程质量资质审核(包括试生产和过程审核)。
5. 按照APQP进展要求，与项目团队完成决策。
6. 培训供应商，确保定义的标准能准确实施。
7. 在移交工厂前，管控零件生产批准程序，并移交SQA。
8. 在发生零件偏差时，管理好供应商的行动计划。
9. 参与战略采购对供应商的过程、技术职责的评估。
10. 附加和其它工作任务
1)遵守健康安全环境规定
2)确保工作行为充分尊重了集团的行为准则、公司的规章制度、价值观及员工手册等
3) 保证和部门经理和其他部门的透明和及时沟通
4) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作
岗位任职资格
最低教育程度: 大学本科学历
语言：基本的英语读写能力
经验 :
o 3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验;1年以上质量管理工作经验
技能和知识
o 质量管理体系和质量工具的掌握
1. 熟悉汽车行业质量管理体系标准IATF 16949 .
2. 改进工具(8D/QRCI)的理论和方法
3. 质量工具(PFMEA/APQP/SPC/MSA)的理论和方法
4. 计量体系管理理论和方法
o 机械图纸的理解和运用，尤其是GD&T.
o 熟悉汽车行业过程审核和产品审核的标准，如：VDA6.3，VD6.5佛吉亚领导能力矩阵
o 管理复杂局面：理解复杂、大量、有时相互矛盾的信息，以有效地解决问题
o 驱动结果：即使在艰难的环境下，也能始终如一地取得成果
o 与他人合作：与他人建立伙伴关系并开展合作，以实现共同目标。
