Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Be first point of contact for customer concerns.
- Analyze the customer requirements and resolve the identified problems and risks.
- Drive Structured problem-solving approach for any quality issues, customer rejections & initiating appropriate corrective actions, permanent actions & lessons learned along with Cross Functional team.
- Interacting with different customers on day to day to establish & strengthen Customer Quality.
- Responsible for creating awareness about product Quality & Customer specific requirements across.
- Implementations of lesson learnt and its horizontal deployment.
- Preferable experience of handling OEM customer independently.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Ideal candidates will have / be
- Min. Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- QMS & preferred IATF 16949 Internal Auditor/ Six sigma green certified
Experience:
- 8~12 years of experience in quality management/ customer quality in automotive environment
- Must have experience in dealing with customers individually ( TML, VW, M&M, Cummins etc)
- Proven track record in leading customer quality and manging customer issues
- Experience with quality core tools, 8D analysis, GD&T and problem solving methodologies
- Leading to register customer voices and provide solution to them.
Skills and Competiencies:
- Solid knowledge of Quality in production
- Process orientation and good communication skill (English preferred)
- Strong skills in team Handling.
- Strong presentation skills to communicate quality metrics and performance data
- Continues improvement mindset
