Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as a Deputy Commodity Buyer Apprentice for our BAVANS (25) R&D Center in France.
As a Deputy Commodity Buyer, you will work closely with the Commodity Leaders. You’ll be supporting in deploying the commodity strategy, in managing relationship / negotiation with suppliers, pilot the utilization of supplier panel in programs and series production during sourcing, and ensure supplier performance.
What will be your main missions?
- Create Purchasing Performance :
- Conduct market research to identify suppliers and trends
- Identify savings opportunities through supplier benchmarking
- Participate to suppliers negotiations
- Lead resourcing actions and business cases
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Reporting and operational support :
- Update and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Prepare monthly results reporting with Commodity Leaders & finance department
- Ensure monthly price update and invoices management

Your profile and competencies to succeed
What you need to join us?
- Last year of Master’s degree in purchasing, engineering or business specialization
- English language is mandatory as you will be interacting with people from all over the world
- Be a real team player and enjoying evolving in matrix organizations
- Be resilient, autonomous and ready to provide “fresh eyes” on current processes & organization.
- Previous purchasing experience is a plus but not mandatory
