The main missions of the role are: 该职务主要任务是：

及时识别出HSES规定和标准； 及时的更新HSES程序，并维护HSES执行程序； 监督法律规定的执行并处理工厂与地方政府和管制的组织关系； 分析工厂风险并对改进工作条件提出解决方案/工业安全的程度/环境的尊重； 确保领导阶层维护|SO45001、1SO14001系统，对所有HSES程序重大风险源设定目标; 提供年度HSES行动计划的建议给工厂管理层； 指导和支持工厂管理层和职员； 指导并跟踪安全审核有规律的进行，定期组织HSES内审； 维护安全事故和险兆事故的统计汇报系统； 监督、跟踪并汇报工厂的HSES运行结果（FROt，环境的数据，…) 提供必要的HSES相关培训； 参与Faurecla的HSES网络工作； 工程和制造相关HSES项目的支持工作，以符合客户需求； 新项目和新设备的HSES回顾，确保安全和人机工程的要求被遵守；监督特种设备和厂房设置的维护管理（如消防器材、特种设备等）；实行意外事件询问。 本部门安排的其他事宜 严格遵守HSES规则和条例 充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南 |
Qualifications任职资格

The ideal candidate will have/be: 理想的候选人应具备: Minimum education level: 基本教育背景：安全工程或工业工程等理工科相关专业，本科以上学历 Experience工作经验 :2年以上大型生产制造业相关工作经验者，了解熟悉汽车生产工厂技术优先 Skills and competencies技能和能力
