Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The role of FCS Key user SAP is to maintain the relationship between SAP Platform (FCS, MII-NEO, MIP, BI and Preactor) by
- Assuring to maintain SAP Platform and related systems procedures and master/transactional data accuracy while adhering to group standards.
- Supporting users of SAP and related systems
The main missions of the role are to:
- Contribute in the definition of new processes and necessary tools supporting continuos improvement of SAP and related systems usage in the plant.
- Perform test and validations of new processes to ensure its adherence to the specifications and Plant needs. Manage relationships with the different IT, GIS and PCL division organisations when needed to ensure a good Quality on the solutions.
- Give the technical and functional support to the Plant when implementing new SAP and related systems Projects roll outs, in coordination with the FCS Regional Key User

- Support training acitivity of SAP and related systems functionalities to Plant users when necessary.
- Contribute to the correct management of the different booking points and material information flows in SAP and related systems.
- share the KPIs follow up to the diffrents service and request PDCA to achieve targets.
- First-line-of-defense in the function for questions from End-Users and problem solving
- Follow and support on Heldpdesk tickets resolution related to SAP functioning escalating to Support Chain organisation when necessary.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum candidate requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- 3 years exeperience Minimum required.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution des problèmes
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles , Esprit d'équipe
- Logistic knowledge good level
- Bilingual with mandatory English good level
