As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the customer satisfaction by levelling the activity of the plant production floor, at the minimum stock level possible. You will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance. 

You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Activités principales :

  • Etre l'interface entre les besoins du client et les activités de production
  • Préparation mensuellement le PIC, afin d'obtenir un lissage des volumes et d'optimiser les ressources (homme, machine, matière et capacité des fournisseurs)
  • Mettre en place et piloter PDP coupe et production  pour garantir un plan de charge lissé et protéger les lignes de production des fluctuations des demandes client
  • Calcul et suivi de l’adhérence du PIC et PDP
  • Contrôler les niveaux de stocks pools et sécurité (Shop stock Découpes et PF)
  • Faire en sorte que le séquenceur reflète le PDP
  • S'assurer que les approvisionnements sont issus du PDP et anticiper les ruptures matières avec la production
  • Suivi des modifications (ECR) et démarrage des nouvelles séries avec les touts les intervenants (Méthodes, approvisionneurs et production)Analyser MPM client pour proposer des plans d'action d'amélioration
  • Vérifier la fiabilité des informations collectées et exploitées dans les systèmes
  • Définir et optimiser les modes de traitement de l'informationMise en place du pull système et assurer son bon fonctionnement.
  • Analyser, comprendre et anticiper les besoins du clientAnalyser les variations : - Des besoins clients et les rementer au clients
  • Analyser les Misdeliveries Per Million (MPM) client pour proposer des plans d'action d'améliorationVérifier la fiabilité des informations collectées et exploitées dans les systèmes
  • Définir et optimiser les modes de traitement de l'information
  • Suivre la réalisation du programme de livraison clientGérer les alertes
  • Suivre le transport et la livraison des pièces
  • Contrôler les niveaux de stocks pools et sécurité
  • Suivre les modifications et démarrage des nouvelles series avec tout les intervenants ( ECR)

Compétence requises

  • Niveau BAC+3 en gestionEntre 1-3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel exigé
  • Maitrise des outils statistiques et des outils informatiques (MS office).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnelles , Esprit d'équipe
  • Nveau très satisfaisant Français & Anglais
