Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Garantir o correto funcionamento, segurança e evolução da infraestrutura de IT da fábrica, assegurando suporte eficiente aos utilizadores e a gestão dos equipamentos tecnológicos, contribuindo para a continuidade das operações industriais.
Principais Responsabilidades
• Gestão da infraestrutura de IT
o Administração e manutenção de servidores (físicos e/ou virtuais)
o Gestão e monitorização da rede (LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, firewalls, switches)
o Gestão do data center local e/ou ligação a serviços cloud
o Garantir backups, recuperação de dados e políticas de segurança
• Gestão do parque de equipamentos
o Gestão de equipamentos portáteis (portáteis, desktops)
o Gestão de dispositivos móveis (telemóveis, iPads/tablets)
o Gestão de impressoras e outros periféricos
o Inventário, configuração, manutenção e substituição de equipamentos
• Suporte ao utilizador
o Suporte técnico de 2ª linha aos colaboradores
o Resolução de incidentes de hardware, software e conectividade
o Acompanhamento de pedidos e suporte presencial e remoto
o Formação básica aos utilizadores quando necessário
• Gestão de acessos e sistemas
o Manutenção de contas de utilizador
o Gestão de permissões e acessos a sistemas e aplicações
o Apoio a aplicações corporativas (ERP, sistemas industriais, email, M365, etc.)
• Melhoria contínua e documentação
o Documentação de procedimentos e boas práticas de IT
o Identificação de oportunidades de melhoria tecnológica
o Contacto com fornecedores e parceiros de IT

• Formação em Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar
• Forte capacidade de organização e autonomia
• Boa capacidade de comunicação e orientação para o utilizador
• Espírito de equipa e sentido de responsabilidade
Valorizado
• Experiência com ambientes Microsoft 365 / Active Directory
• Noções de segurança informática
• Experiência em gestão de IT como função única/local
