Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our OES Purchasing team. In this role, you will contribute to supplier management, cost optimization, and operational purchasing activities, gaining hands-on experience in an international industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities
•    Launch RFQs to suppliers, perform offer comparisons, and support execution
•    Contribute to the identification and implementation of OES cost reduction actions (product, process, MOQ)
•    Support the Supply Chain team in securing supplier delivery performance and quality
•    Support supplier panel management and help prepare data for negotiations

•    Contribute to reporting activities, spend analysis, and data management (Excel-based)

•    Assist in the preparation and follow-up of open order requests

Your profile and competencies to succeed

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Engineering, or a related field
•    Fluent in English
•    Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
•    First experience in an industrial environment is a plus (not mandatory)
•    Strong communication and coordination skills
•    Ability to work independently and in a structured way
