Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Under the responsibility of the Plant Financial Controller, your missions will be as follows:
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial procedures, including spending authorizations, to ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures.
- Ensure that site activities comply with Faurecia’s associated financial procedures (product flows, inventory, routing, etc.) as well as the fundamentals of internal control.
- Lead financial forecasting processes (budget, forecast, and monthly closings).
- Manage the reporting process to guarantee reliability, consistency, transparency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate in internal audits.
- Participate in the validation of business plans and in the financial analysis of new activities.
- Update information in our ERP system (SAP).
- Contribute to management control analysis, including variance analysis versus standard costs, program margins, plant budget control, credit management, monitoring of sales and purchase prices, etc.
- Cooperate with the Shared Service Center to obtain, provide, or validate accurate financial information.
- Control and manage the plant’s operational cash flows (capital expenditures, inventory, backlogs).
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Master’s degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Finance or Management Control
- Initial experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of IT systems (SAP) and industrial information flows
- Strong accounting skills, particularly in posting accounting entries
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- Fluent in English
