- Analyser les résultats qualité et proposer des actions correctives et préventives afin de diminuer les coûts de non-qualité
- Accompagner le déploiement des standards et des procédures Groupe
- Participer / animer à l'accueil Qualité des nouveaux arrivants
- Veiller aux bonnes pratiques Qualité
- Réaliser des analyses de non-conformité produit pour déterminer les causes racines et mettre en place les correctifs associés
- Participer à la démarche de résolution de problèmes de l’usine (QRCI, Ishikawa, 5 Pourquoi, 8D).
- Prendre en charge la réalisation et le suivi des audits internes (basiques qualité).
- Analyser et suivre les capabilités usine.
- Suivi AMDEC, Plan de surveillance, AMDEC Reverse
- Participer à la préparation des audits (IATF, Audit Interne, Audit S/R)
Your profile and competencies to succeed
- Etudiant(e) BAC +4/5 dans une filière d’ingénieur en génie industriel ou en qualité.
- Autonomie, rigueur, Force de proposition et dynamique
- Capacité d'organisation & Bon relationnel
- Vous connaissez les référentiels qualité (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Une connaissance du Pack Office et des notions d’anglais (TOEIC 750) sont attendues.
- Une maîtrise des macros, VBA, et une première expérience en industrie serait un plus.
