Job Description: 

Main Purpose of the job 职务目的:

To control Customer  Quality and improve process

To control  Internal  Quality  improve process

Manager quality engineer 、quality inspector 、quality wall

 

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

  1. Quality Function:质量板块
  • Responsible for solving customer complaints , responsible for customer resident management;
  • Perform regular customer satisfaction management according to Faurecia TCS requirements
  • Responsible for solving process quality problem, to assure product and service quality;
  • Collect、analyse and solve Customer Complaints
  • Collect data from customer (reject PPM/Scrap PPM), follow the trend and make internal control plan for continuous improvement;
  • Collect supplier data (SPPM), follow the trend and make internal control plan for continuous improvement;
  • Implement quality management system;  (IATF16949、8QB、PQA、Customer Audit)
  • Establish QSE annual audit plan and follow it, improve it with action plan
  • Strictly observe  internal process (FES)
  1. Technique function:技术板块
  • Enough technique support for autonomous improvement.
  • Sample release and management
  • Responsible for project phase PQA and SR audit
  • Confirm and implement annual improving items
  1. New Program: 新项目
  • Involve in new program for quality & process after gate 3 review
  1. Team Management and Development:团队管理和发展
  • Manage and develop team  
  • Support and coordinate QE&SQE
  • Assist department manager make subordinate's KPI and development plan  
  • Assist the department manager to complete the internal and external work of the factory, actively promote the implementation
  • Drive team improvement
  1. Other and Specific Missions:附加及其他工作任务
  • Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
  • Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager
  • Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant.
  • Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company.

Qualifications 最低任职资格:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above;
  2. Above 5 year-experience in automotive industry , mainly focus on quality management
  3. Language:Basic English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing

  1. Ability of reading blue-prints and other engineering designs is a plus
