材料计划员Material Planner

根据生产计划制定相应的物料计划以保证生产,同时将库存控制在合理水平,减少额外费用的发生。Make release schedule for materials to ensure the production according to production plan and cost control as well, meanwhile reduce extra cost for logistics.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

 

  • 以佛吉亚的道德规范和管理规范为基本商业行为准则和道德及管理指南约束自身及合作伙伴。The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica&management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners.
  • 根据生产计划,公司的产能和库存目标制定物料需求计划(MRP)及控制成本。Make weekly release schedule (MRP) for materials according to “Delivery Plan” of the customers and capacity & stock objective of the company, cost control as well.
  • 全程跟踪订单并确保收货数量与种类与订单要求一致。Be in charge of release schedule follow up and ensure the materials should be received as order requests.
  • 每日库存跟踪并及时处理物料报警。Daily tracking inventory and dealing with material alert timely.
  • 组织循环盘点并分析差异。Leading cycle counting and analyse the variance.
  • BOM审核工作。BOM audit as well.
  • 对工程变更切换件进行跟踪,并对产生的OBS进行分析。Follow up the ECR parts, and analyse the OBS reason after changing.
  • 对供应商绩效进行评估。Supplier performance estimation.
  • 对供应商产能进行调查。Investigate the supplier production ability.
  • 每月完成库存分析。Make segmentation analysis for each month.
  • 领导安排的其他事项。 Other things arranged by N+1.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

任职资格Qualifications

理想候选人应具备以下The ideal candidate will have/be:

学历Minimum education level:

大专以上学历 College education or above.

工作经验Experience :

两年以上汽车行业材料计划方面经历Above 2 years work experience in material plan related functions.

技术及能力Skills and competencies

良好的计算机操作能力, 熟悉办公软件。Good computer skills, familiar with office software.

熟悉MRP管理流程Be familiar with MRP working flow.

熟悉IATF16949标准,了解ISO14001标准 。Be familiar with IATF16949,and know ISO14001.

具备供应链和物流的基本知识 Have a basic understanding of supply chain and logistics.
