    先期供应商质量工程师通过在项目开发期间管理供应商的绩效（时间，质量，交付，服务）来支持项目采购
    培训供应商并确保正确应用所定义的标准并按时交付（APQP要素）。
    遵循APQP进度和状态报告，并与项目团队合作做出决策。
    提供技术选择建议，以确保产品/过程在项目开发过程中的稳健性（供应商和佛吉亚工厂）
    评估并收集供应商的表现并反馈战略采购用于完善供应商绩效评估
    确保项目到工厂的顺利交接，满足质量与交付的要求

任职资格
    本科及以上工程相关专业
    制造行业背景
    结果导向
    熟悉APQP和PPAP相关知识
    具体审核供应商相关流程知识

• Minimum education level 
  Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  Professional Experience: 
  Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial environment including an experience in a program team
