Your mission, roles and responsibilities

主要工作职责及任务:

    新项目报价阶段，根据工艺物料清单(PBOM)，通过完善的成本数据(Cost BOM)支持项目报价获取工作
    新项目定点阶段，根据工程部提供的产品规格书输出合理的目标价，协助采购完成商务谈判，达到目标价
    新项目开发阶段，评估工程更改成本变化，协助采购完成商务谈判，达到目标价
    销售阶段，协助销售完成销售报价，达到项目设定的销售目标
    持续更新优化外购件成本模型(注塑/包覆/喷漆等)，能够反映当前市场的最优成本，提升成本竞争力
    实地核查供应商现场的工艺消耗定额、加工时间等信息

任职资格

    机械类本科及以上学历
    汽车行业工程工作背景优先，工艺工程师/产品工程师等
    将工程制造知识和财务知识相结合
    自我驱动力和人际关系影响力(跨部门关系)
    抗压能力强

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or Engineering. 

Professional Experience:

• Technical knowledge in one or several products and manufacturing processes.

Skills and competencies:

• Ability to provide qualitative and reliable information, and to work on a project management basis
• Ability to manage uncertainty and resist to stakeholder pressure
• Demonstrated communication skills, autonomy, synthesis and engagement
• International mindset.
• A proactive approach to work and optimist energy.
• Good interpersonal skills.
