Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The role of the Improvement Coordinator & Key user, in the context of the deployment of the Faurecia Excellence System, is to drive the implementation of Production Control & Logistics (PC&L) tools and methodologies within a plant.
The main missions of the role are:
o Ensure plant implementation of PC&L methods and tools
o Provide plant with PC&L standards, Material Information Flow Analysis (MIFA), Milk run, and leveling, etc.
o Define PC&L deployment objectives relating to improvements and digitalization, on a semi-annual basis and build up and ensure results of action plan in cooperation with the plant and division PC&L managers
o Communicate Improvement initiatives
o Train and coach plant employees when necessary and carry out progress workshops in accordance with the plant PC&L manager
o Support management in the implementation of PC&L tools and provide technical support to other functions
o Identify and implement best practices
o Ensure Know-how capitalization and check that standard forms are used
o Accountable for accuracy of the FCS Master Data and ensuring transactional data is accurate and loaded correctly into FCS within the department
o Responsible for communicating to FCS Support when needed
o Review, communicate, and escalate when necessary, the Plant Operational Dashboard and ERP-Usage-Indicator metrics
o User-Readiness; First line contact for training of new employees or refreshers of existing staff
o Work in new FCS launch teams as necessary during new site launches or new module projects
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in Logistics
- Experience in production in an industrial environment is preferred
- Experience in analytical data or analysis
- Experience with an MRP/ERP system
- Hands-on experience with Excel and SAP business applications including SAP Application components
- Autonomous and out of box thinking, be proactive with process flows in a fast-paced environment
