Your mission, roles and responsibilities

En tant que chargé de projet Matériaux « Revêtements de Surface Éco-responsables », votre rôle sera de contribuer au développement d'une nouvelle solution textile éco-responsables destinées aux intérieurs automobiles. Vous participerez aux différentes étapes du projet, depuis l'identification et la sélection des matières premières jusqu'à la réalisation de démonstrateurs et la validation des performances techniques, esthétiques et environnementales.

Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Design, Engineering, Eco-Design afin de traduire les attentes fonctionnelles et sensorielles en solutions textiles à forte valeur ajoutée. Vous contribuerez également aux activités de veille technologique et de benchmark, ainsi qu'aux échanges avec des partenaires externes (fournisseurs, laboratoires et centres de recherche) pour identifier et intégrer les innovations les plus pertinentes.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Vous préparez un diplôme d'ingénieur ou un Master spécialisé en matériaux, polymères, textile, chimie.
• Vous recherchez une alternance de 2 à 3 ans
• Vous avez un fort intérêt pour les matériaux durables, les surfaces, les aspects sensoriels et la qualité perçue
• Une sensibilité aux domaines du design, du CMF (Color, Material & Finish) ou des matériaux innovants constitue un plus
• Vous faites preuve de curiosité, d'autonomie, d'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
• Vous possédez de bonnes capacités de communication et appréciez le travail en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel
• Anglais niveau avancé (interactions régulières avec des équipes et partenaires internationaux)
