Your mission, roles and responsibilities

FAURECIA CLARION ELECTRONICS is a leader in embedded electronics.

We are also a European After-Sales Service for automotive manufacturers and networks, providing repair of products (and recycling) in the field of electronics, based in Custines (54). To support our growth in repair, we are seeking a Management Controller.

Within the Group finance team and in close collaboration with the Site Director, you will be responsible for management control.

Your missions:

• Provide Management and the various Service managers with the elements and information necessary for a thorough understanding of the company’s economic performance and for management in line with objectives.
• Preparation and coordination of closings, financial statistics, budgets, tax package, and reporting.
• Facilitation and review of accounting with the offsite accounting Services, in compliance with Group deadlines.
• Monthly preparation of operating accounts and analysis of financial results.
• Development of budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the various Services.
• Preparation of management dashboards enabling the monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Analysis of variances and proposal of corrective actions.
• Monitoring of profitability indicators to optimize the financial performance of the activity.

Your key contacts:

• Reporting functionally to the Division Finance Director, you are also the reference and support for the Repair activity Director and managers in the development and monitoring of activity indicators.
• As the contact for the Statutory Auditors and the Social and Economic Committee, you participate in studies, forecasts, and short-, medium-, and long-term analyses concerning FCE’s repair activity.
• You interact with the headquarters finance team.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications:

• Holder of a higher education degree in management control (BAC+5 or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar position.
• Fluent English minimum B1 – Ideally B2
• Proficiency in Pack Office / SAP

Skills and capabilities:

• Knowledge of cost management methodology.
• Strong analytical capability and financial acumen.
• Good communication skills, rigorous and autonomous, and capability for teamwork.
• Desire to invest yourself in an international group offering career development opportunities.
