Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties工作职责:
o    对与公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密(但中国有关机构要求的除外),并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密
o    知悉并严格遵守佛吉亚《行为准则》并以身作则
o    参与到工厂持续改善过程中
o    按照佛吉亚卓越体系的要求管理工厂质量体系,推行FES在本部门的开展与实施
o    协助总部项目部前期质量工作
o    负责理想项目客户抱怨质量问题处理和客户现场服务人员的管理
o    0km客户投诉问题处理及解决
o    售后问题处理及解决
o    积极主动与客户沟通解决客户抱怨
o    质量绩效达成跟踪
o    客户满意度提升
o    严格遵循公司内部系统流程(FES, 佛吉亚卓越体系)
o    贯彻执行质量体系
o    协调并配合其他部门的工作,从而更好地完成公司的目标
o    快速反应持续改进的工厂推进者
o    团队合作
• 保证与内部客户的完全和及时地沟通
• 与其他主管一起参与部门绩效的提高
•与其他部门的密切合作 
o    附加或特殊工作任务

o    熟练掌握8D报告的编写
o    具有较强的分析能力和团队合作能力以及问题解决能力,能够应用统计技术开展问题分析
o    熟悉IAF16949 、五大质量工具和6σ
o    能够看懂工程设计图纸
LCM领导力:
o    客户关注意识:建立牢固的客户关系,提供以客户为中心的解决方案
o    学习敏捷性:在解决新问题时,积极地通过实验来学习,把成功和失败作为学习的素材
o    与他人合作:建立伙伴关系,与他人合作以实现共同的目标
Others其他:
o    3年以上质量相关工作经验,拥有1年以上新能源主机厂对接经验可优先考虑
o    具备较强的沟通协调能力,擅长客户关系维护,能够提升客户满意度
o    拥有较强的质量意识,具备较强的问题分析解决能力
