Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties:

The Customer Relationship Engineer is responsible for developing the customer satisfaction by relying on a controlled production process. Through team work, continuos improvement and Faureci Excelence System (FES) and Culture Being Faurecia, besides promoting the quality culture.

 

The main missions of the role are to:

  • Be the main representative of the plant to the customer
  • Ensure the accomplishment of requirements for IATF 16949, ISO 14001 systems
  • Organize and participate to all technical meetings with the customer (Solve technical problems, manage changes, progress path,…) and ensure all validations as required by customer are completed
  • Responsible to monitor and maintain customer portals ensuring all requirements are updated as necessary (e.g, IATF Certificate, CQI-15, APQP, PPAP Dates)
  • Audit all related storage sites and the Customer assembly line in order to ensure the compliant use of our products
  • Define and enforce the scale of demerit products coherent with the customer's specifications
  • Manage and guarantee resolution of customers concerns on a daily basis working closely with Production Quality ( Incident analysis, Action plan,…)
  • Validate the packaging range and accept the packaging range
  • Manage Warranty Claims and ensure Customer is protected and work actively in the problem resolution.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum education level 

  • Industrial, Manufacturing and / or Mechanical Engineering degree

Professional Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (ideally in the automotive industry)
  • In-depth knowledge of quality engineering techniques: PPAP, APQP, GD&T, MSA, SPC, FMEA, RFMEA, Control Plan.
  • Good knowledge of Program standards, tools and methods
  • Strong Customer satisfaction orientation
  • Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
  • Experience in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 systems, Internal Auditor, CQI-15, CIQ, LPA.
  • Problem solving: 8D´s, QRCI.
  • Use of SAP, Minitab, Microsoft Office, MLEAN,
  • Requerimientos especificos de cliente: GM: SQMS, SPPS, SCMS,SCDB Chrysler: GIM, GEBSC, NCT, Global Score Card, CQMS, Change Notice, 3CPR, HKMC: GQMS
